You will have the opportunity to cancel your appointment via email to snow@nightandink.com no more than 48 hours before the appointment if you wish to have your deposit be rolled into a future tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable, but as stated above, can be rolled into your rescheduled/next appointment IF we are given (at minimum) 48 hours notice.

For Aftercare, I will most always apply a the Second Skin (Saniderm, Bangskin, Hypafix) bandage. Leave the bandage on for at least 24 hours, up to five days!

Once you take the bandage off, wash twice a day with unscented soap - pat dry with a towel - and apply a small amount of unscented lotion.

If the bandage is itching, take it off, and follow with the subsequent aftercare steps! Some skin types have a mild reaction to the adhesive used for the bandage - do not stress! All will be okay!

I will rarely supply the sketch before the actual appointment! If we are working on something that is intensely custom and individualized, perhaps with full payment of the appointment in advance, will the sketch be given.

If you do not hear back from me it is entirely likely I have simply missed your message, and I most certainly apologize! I am managing these bookings by myself the best I can, so just shoot me another email - thank you!

For sure I would be! I love fineline and that will always be my main style, but I do appreciate the opportunity to explore the thicker lines every now and again!
